Youth Eager for Service

Goals/Objectives:         The goals include the opportunity for students to become involved in community service on both an individual and group basis. Students volunteer in local agencies, and in the meetings have an opportunity to reflect on their experiences.  Also, the group adopted a one-mile stretch of roadway between Linwood and Somers Point, along Shore Road, and once a month the group is responsible for its clean-up.  Individual members are also working on the Congressional Medal Awards Program.  In addition, members coordinate with the FBLA for the annual Project Holiday Spirit.
