• Plot: Sequence of Events (what, why, how) - write down all important events as they appear in the story, include page numbers so that you can look back as needed when writing. Keep track of important events and actions of the characters that keep the plot moving forward; look for events that change the life of a character, add meaning to the story or conflict. Include in your notes an example of the conflict.
