Shoot Out at the Shore is Here!
February 8th, 9th and 10th ~ 2008


It's that time of year basketball fans! The Shoot Out at the Shore is hosted by
Mainland Regional and Future Stars bringing 24 different teams from South
Jersey to ball on the boards!

Friday night action begins with a tip off between Atlantic City and Sacred Heart.
Saturday games begin with local middle schools, Northfield and Belhaven,
starting at 10:15 am followed by 12 other teams banging the boards! Sunday's
excitment continues with host Mainland playing at 1:45 pm and local #1 team
Absegami taking on Trenton Catholic for the tournament closing game at 7:00 pm.

Christine Wooding scores 1000th point

Christine Wooding scored her 1001th point vs. Hammonton on January 22, 2008.
Wooding needed 178 points coming into this season. Christine has signed to play
basketball with Philadelphia University and has most recently been nominated
as a McDonald's All American.
