Freshman College Prep Students:

Mod 1 and 9 (Mrs. McDevitt):

5/14/08- We started our “Iliad” unit today. Students took notes and will begin reading on Thursday.

We are studying “Romeo and Juliet”. We have finished the play.

Writing assignment: pg. 397 “Letter to the Editor” due Friday!

Extra Credit due Friday!

4/30/08: Homework: Pg. 365, Scene 1-#1,2,5,6, Scene 2 and 3- #1,2,3, Scene 4 and 5- #1,2,3,4

5/8/08: We have finished reading the play! The test will be on Monday! Bring your notes.

4/30/08: We have finished reading Act 4. Homework: Complete the Act 4 take home quiz.

Mod 7, 8:

5/14/08: We finished reading the novel! Students are currently working on writing a new chapter to the ending of the story. (2 pages).

Vocabulary quiz will be Friday!

We are on page 113 in the novel.
